I invite you to book your first session under no obligation to commit to therapy ~
This will be for you to get a taste of what will be in store for you in further sessions for me to meet your needs.
The first half of this session will be set in a very comfortable way for us to see how we can work together looking at where we can start.
The rest of the session of relaxing into comfortable surroundings. I will get a picture of what has been going on for you. Which allows me to explore and give an understanding in where we both will work together with solving some problems at your own pace.

Caring assistance is offered in the treatment of the following conditions ~
The management of stress, anxiety fears, phobias, panic attacks cause/effect, low self-esteem, poor self confidence, depression (mild to moderate), obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, executive stress disorder, post natal depression, grief and loss issues, relationship problems, assertiveness, sexual abuse, physical abuse issues, financial and/or emotional issues plus couple work.
How the counselling process works:- One of the methods below will be mutually decided in agreement with your consent having been informed on your assessment, which type of therapy will benefit you and how long you will be in therapy for.
